Doesn‘t a Limited Liability Corporation make bankruptcy rather unlikely? I personally favor unlimited personal liability of all partners, as in the Lloyd‘s of London syndicate, where underwriters are liable "down to he last gold cufflink". After the collapse of accountants Laventhol & Horwath in Philadelphia for "wink-and-nod" fraudulent audit reports, everyone started leaning on their state legislators for an LLP form of business which would allow the same shady behavior but let the crooks keep their cufflinks. What‘s so unfair about holding all partners personally liable with internal compliance duties like other corporations?

For Jefferson‘s role in subverting the investigation into citizen complaints that Texas appellate justices Martin E. Richter and David L. Bridges conspired in the writing of fraudulent opinions in quid pro quo for things of value from Baron & Budd, PC and Gardere, LLP see and Maybe POTUS Trump‘s DoJ can finally "lock them up."
